Gennadiy takes pride in providing high-quality legal representation as a general practitioner lawyer, with a particular focus on Criminal defense and Immigration law. Gennadiy worked as a Crown Prosecutor with Regina Public Prosecutions from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, Gennadiy worked as a Crown Prosecutor with Alberta Crown Prosecution Service between 2019 and 2021. Gennadiy had also interned at the prosecutors offices in Europe and North America. After graduating from the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy law schools with a Juris Doctor degree (2015-2018), Gennadiy completed articles of clerkship with a Toronto lawyer Lev Abramovich in 2018-2019. Prior to attending the full-time Canadian and American law schools Juris Doctor program, Gennadiy completed a Master's degree (LLM) at the University of Toronto in 2011-2012, preceded by completion of a full-time university degree in Kyiv, majouring in Law, with further specialization in Jurisprudence and English, during which Gennadiy completed on-the-job training at the law offices of a Kyiv lawyer Kostiantyn Likarchuk in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 academic years. The combination of the academic and practical experience, gained in Canada and worldwide, allows Gennadiy to zealously and effectively advocate on behalf of his Clients. Gennadiy constantly upgrades his knowledge and skills by completing professional courses in the areas of his specialization and beyond.

In terms of immigration experience, Gennadiy has accumulated professional, academic and personal experience in this area. Gennadiy was born in 1987 in the city of Yekaterinburg, Ural region of the Soviet Union. On the 6th month of his life, Gennadiy's family moved to Ukraine, where he grew up in the city of 7 cultures, a 2,000 year old historic and architectural masterpiece. On the 16th year of his life, Gennadiy moved to Ontario, Canada. Thereafter, Gennadiy crossed many borders while travelling for full-time undergraduate studies in Europe and while attending full-time law school studies in the United States and Canada. Gennadiy had also completed immigration law coursework in Canada and the United States which, in combination with personal and work experience, allow Gennadiy to find the right approach to each refugee and immigration Client he is assisting.
