Appellate Litigation
While completing hi articling after fraduation from law school, Gennadiy assisted with drafting of countless memoranda and facta for various appeals and judicial review applications. As a Crown prosecutor, Gennadiy represented the Crown
with appellate files in the area of Criminal law. This experience allows Gennadiy to provide high-quality appellate services to individual clients as well as other lawyers and consultants.
